WARRANTY
This warranty applies to the original owner of any GondekEDC product. By using your GondekEDC product, you (the customer) are agreeing to be bound by the terms of the GondekEDC Warranty as set out below.

WHAT'S COVERED
If a GondekEDC product fails to function as it was originally designed such defects will be repaired, replaced, or the product will be refunded. This guarantee applies for the life of the product.

WHAT'S NOT COVERED
This guarantee does not cover natural materials, normal wear-and-tear, incorrect applications, neglect, abuse, misuse, modifications, or other examples including but not limited to:

Lost or consumable parts such as screws, washers, or hardware, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship.

Cosmetic damage including but not limited to scratches, dents, faded anodized parts, or protective coatings that will naturally diminish over time unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship.

Third party damage caused by use with a third party component or product that does not meet the GondekEDC product’s specifications.

Other damage caused by disassembly, accident, abuse, misuse or other external cause.

A GondekEDC product that has been modified to alter functionality, capability, or cosmetic appeal.
